In essence, CampusLife works as a fast track process of short listing, a matching service between businesses and potential candidates.

Linkedin is an ever expanding network tool. Finding the perfect match for your company through Linkedin has its positives, however, its shortcomings can raise particular trust issues. Unless a job is seriously enticing to the eye, you could contact 50 - 80 possible candidates who may fit your job description, but either won’t get back to you or take a long time to reply.

Seek is an easy-to-use ecosystem, however is filled with duplicates and various profile inaccuracies. The prices for posting a job advertisement on Seek is again quite high, beginning at $225 to $340 per ad. Essentially, your results depend on your budget and how much you are willing to spend with no guarantee of success.

Social media platforms are ever expanding, with companies scouring sites to attract potential employees. A great way to discover the personality side of a potential employee for your business, however, it does greatly reduce the quality of time needed for a candidate to properly pitch a business or employer. When accounting for costs involved with job-seeking via social media, costs may be lower, yet your market demographic may not be accurate, and the viewings may be high but the click rate is low. Social media is also more personalised for young students and graduates, not containing the information you seek or a professional business profile.
Not all social media platforms allow for Job Ads either, Instagram only allowing it through posting on your profile, Facebook using pay-by-click advertising beginning at $10 per day for a limited time.
